Hi, I’m Marissa.
I am a Principal Scientist at Applied BioMath, where I provide modeling support for drug development. Previously (2018-2021), I was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at University of Michigan Medical School. As a postdoc, I primarily worked on mathematical and computational models in epidemiology and am particularly interested in issues of parameter uncertainty. I have also worked on models of within-host immune responses and cellular processes. I received my PhD in Mathematics from the Ohio State University in 2018.
